The Use of Pesticides and How We Can Protect Ourselves

Pesticides and insecticides are synonyms for chemical treatments such as Glyphosate. Plant protection products are used to maintain the health of cultivated plants by reducing parasites to a minimum. In the long run, this is not possible since more and more parasites and weeds become resistant. Hence, even larger quantities and mixtures of insecticides and pesticides are used. Most of these mixtures contain a large amount of dangerous poisons of which the effects and interactions are mostly unexplored. 4% of Europe-wide approved pesticides are suspected to be carcinogenic and damaging to nerves. They are also likely to affect the endocrine system and reproductive ability.

In March 2015, The World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer, IARC, classified Glyphosate as likely to cause cancer. (1)

Another scandal is that farmers in Europe are allowed to spray the stalks of bread, bakery, beer and industrial cereals (mainly wheat) with Glyphosate previous to the plants’ maturity. It is implemented to achieve faster drying, which helps organizing the harvesting in a better way.

Effective substances for binding and excretion of radioactive substances, cell decay substances and heavy metals

Zeolite

Zeolite is a volcanic rock that has versatile effects. However, it is mainly used for detoxification.

Find out more about zeolite here.

Bentonite

Bentonite is a healing clay and helps the body to bind poisons and to leach out of the body.

It is able to absorb radioactive isotopes from our body. The positively charged radioactive particles are attracted to and excreted by the Bentonite like a magnet. In one study, the transmission of radioactive cesium in milk was significantly reduced (2). In a further study of cesium-contaminated racehorses, the addition of Bentonite in the food reduced the amount of cesium rapidly (3).

Spirulina

Spirulina is a species of algae that can be described as superfood because of its richness of nutrients and vitamins. In Chernobyl, 100 children were given 5 g Spirulina daily for 3 weeks. During this short period of time, the radioactivity in urine could be reduced by half (4). In another study, the distinctive protection effect of Spirulina against gamma radiation was clearly demonstrated (5).

Chlorella

Research has found that chlorophyll in Chlorella is particularly able to free the body from radioactive particles and protect it from damaging radiation (6). In 1973, the Japanese scientist Ichimura reported that 8 g Chlorella per day was increasing the elimination of cadmium by three to seven times.
